A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support its MobileMedical Services team in delivering quality frontline customer service, patient registration, and operational support for community healthcare programmes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Register patients and provide frontline customer service during mobile medical events
  • Travel with the Mobile Medical Services team to support operations at various project sites
  • Attend to enquiries, resolve feedback and ensure smooth event operations
  • Assist with patient education and event administration
  • Monitor inventory of equipment, stationery and consumables
  • Report equipment breakdowns or damages and support daily operations
  • Min. GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, ITE or Diploma
  • Min. 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to handle patients and customers professionally and empathetically
  • Willing to travel to different project sites and work weekends/public holidays when required (OT pay or time-off provided)
