Gain hands-on experience in precision manufacturing and cleanroom operations within a structured and safety-driven workplace.

Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established process specifications.
Perform loading/unloading of materials and ensure compliance with Material and Lot Handling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to required PPE and safety protocols.
Handle, sort, count, pack, and transfer materials within the production floor using carts and trolleys.
Support production activities such as staging, tracking, and movement of materials across locations.
Carry out general operational duties including packing/unpacking, consolidation of materials, and scrap handling.

Minimum GCE N/O Level, SPM, or relevant work experience.
Ability to understand and communicate in basic English to follow work instructions and safety requirements.
Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and perform prolonged standing work.
Able to perform manual handling tasks (e.g., carrying materials up to approximately 15kg) in accordance with workplace safety guidelines.
Basic computer skills are advantageous.
