Job Responsibilities
- Provides quality dispensing service and pharmaceutical care
- Provides Outpatient Pharmacy Services (e.g. medication review service-MRS, anticoagulation service-ACS) to patients
- Provides drug counseling to patients and drug information to healthcare professionals and handles queries from the public
Requirements:
- Minimally 3 – 5.5 days a week
- Flexible schedule
- Need min 1 to 2 years of pharmacist experience
