Logistics & Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation and accountability of incoming and outgoing products in the workshop.

Verify and unpack incoming shipments in a timely manner.

Pack and label all outgoing deliveries and shipments correctly.

Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.

Assist in loading, unloading, and securing goods for transportation.

Maintain proper documentation for products issued for repair or field service.

Contribute to warehouse organization and housekeeping tasks as needed.

Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and support periodic inventory audits.

Deliver and collect products from customers, suppliers, and external warehouses safely and punctually.

Coordinate with external warehouses regarding inventory movements.

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or inventory management preferred.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Ability to manage loading and unloading tasks when necessary.

Forklift license is an advantage.
