1. Manage all Independent School Bursary (ISB) applications and administer the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme for needy students and its related matters including liasing with teachers, staff, students and parents

2. Manage Opportunity Fund

3. Provide general administrative support to the school's management, teachers and students whenever needed which may include but not restricted to:

  • Handle phone and walk-in enquiries;
  • Support in school activities and events such as ‘A’ level results release, Open House and Parent Teacher Meetings and Year 5 registration and orientation programmes including liaising with vendors (bookshop, uniform, magazines) and the activating of students new CEPASS, etc.;

4. Any other duties as may be assigned by the school

  • Excellent IT skills (Words and Excel) and able to present information for management reporting
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and eye for details
  • Clear and logical thinking
  • Good organisation and planning skills to organise and present the cases received
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to build appropriate professional yet friendly working relationships with staff and vendors
  • High Integrity with the ability to demonstrate an understanding and respect for confidentiality in dealing with job issues
  • Willingness to work beyond the call of duty
  • Able to find solutions to problems with some degree of flexibility in the approach whenever possible and investigate enquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Effective contributor and team player within and with other departments
  • Prior understanding of MOE systems and able to work on rotating shift and weekend for school events will be advantageous
  • This is a 2-year contract (renewable)
