Regional Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with leadership in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This strategic role focuses on enhancing workforce management and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies and employment law.
  • Address employee relations issues, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including setting goals and development plans.
  • Promote HR initiatives that cultivate an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and payroll.
  • Support HR operations and administrative functions in Singapore and other assigned locations.
  • Manage the entire HR operations spectrum, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local regulations through an external vendor.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws in all HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle work visa applications and maintain regular statutory reporting.
  • Conduct audits and maintain proper internal and external reporting and documentation.
  • Provide assistance on HR projects and matters as directed by leadership.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or as an HR generalist.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR practices relevant to Singapore and the APAC region.
  • Experience in Data Center or Technology sectors is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms is preferred.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to adapt to an ambiguous and fast-paced setting.
