Senior Publishing Manager, FC Online SEA (213888)

Location: Singapore or Kuala Lumpur

Reports to: Senior Director, Asia Publisher Experiences

We are looking for a Senior Publishing Manager to lead publishing performance for FC Online (FCO) across Vietnam and Thailand, in close partnership with Garena. Vietnam represents the majority of the SEA business and is the primary focus of this role. You will be EA's in-region market owner and the internal voice of the Vietnamese FCO community, driving commercial performance, local execution, and long-term growth. Do you have a passion for sports (football preferred) and live service games?

Responsibilities Market & Business Leadership

  • You will oversee publishing performance and revenue outcomes for Vietnam and Thailand
  • You will translate regional strategy into applicable local growth plans
  • You will lead forecasting, business planning, and performance reporting
  • Identify and guide projects to improve player value and revenue

Partner Management

  • You will act as EA's primary point of contact with Garena for FCO SEA
  • Align on business priorities, content roadmap, and execution plans
  • You will represent SEA market needs to influence partner decision-making

Market Insights & Advocacy

  • Serve as the in-market expert for Vietnamese players
  • Provide market, competitor, and community insights to inform strategy
  • Advocate for local priorities across studio and regional teams

Collaboration

  • Partner with Studio, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Insights teams
  • Support GTM planning and live service execution

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in gaming, publishing, product, or digital marketing
  • Expertise in the Vietnamese gaming market (essential)
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese
  • Experience working with publisher partners in F2P or live service environments
  • Commercially motivated, with experience in forecasting and data-led decision-making
