POSITION GOALS

  • Primary responsibility is to oversee the efficient operations and maintenance of all building systems(Mechanical/Electrical & Plumbing System)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the immediate Manager/Engineer in the day-to-day operations at site.

Monitors operation of Electrical and Mechanical equipment supporting the Facility and Facility’s critical operations.

Perform general maintenance work on building facilities, general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment

Liaise with Vendor to do repair on equipment or process

Ensure tasks assigned by Superior is properly carried

Successful completion of scheduled activities.

Deal with complaints diligently and tactfully.

Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times.

Attend to Helpdesk ticket and follow up with closure

Permit to work(PTW) and air-conditioning extension to landlord

Filing of service report and soft copy into the data base

Escalate problem / incident to Engineer or Manager

Work on rotational 12 hours Day & night shift.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

KEY COMPETENCIES

NTC3 in Electrical or Mechanical

Min. 2-3 years of working experience in maintenance operations

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Knowledge in critical environmental site like data centre, server room will be an advantage.
