The Senior Business Consultant will be responsible to understand and translate customer requirements Avaloq parameterizations.
Must have versatile Avaloq product functionalities across KYC, Compliance, CLM, Fund Admin, Reporting, Portfolio Management, STEX, etc.
Organize and drive customer workshops
Expertise in BRD and FSC specifications.
Flexibility to travel and work with customers onsite.
Lead product lifecycle events working closely with customer, development team & testing teams.
Conduct regular reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Proficiency in working with Avaloq system and experience in system maintenance and enhancements.
Excellent analytical skills to review data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
Oversee and maintain the Avaloq system, ensuring its smooth operation and making necessary enhancements.
Avaloq Certification is an add on.
