Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified talent.
- Manage employee performance appraisal processes and support career development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll administration, leave management, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce planning, and HR metrics for management review.
- Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR-related matters and organizational development.
Requirements
- Candidates with CEI (KAH) will be highly considered
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS or payroll systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
