Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified talent.
  • Manage employee performance appraisal processes and support career development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll administration, leave management, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce planning, and HR metrics for management review.
  • Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR-related matters and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Candidates with CEI (KAH) will be highly considered
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS or payroll systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
