Senior Procurement Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role is responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthening procurement governance, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the uninterrupted supply of goods and services to support the company’s operations.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the procurement and logistics teams to achieve departmental objectives and service excellence.
- Provide guidance and support in the execution of tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
Procurement Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that drive value, optimize costs, and support organizational goals.
- Ensure procurement policies, processes, and guidelines are effectively implemented and remain aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Promote procurement best practices while maintaining an appropriate balance between governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement requirements are met and policies are clearly understood and adhered to.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
- Proactively manage supplier performance and resolve supply, quality, and contractual issues in a timely manner.
Risk, Compliance & Audit Management
- Oversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Identify potential procurement risks and implement controls and mitigation strategies to minimize operational and commercial exposure.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is properly maintained and readily available for internal and external audits.
Contract & Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring timely review, renewal, and execution of contracts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

- Demonstrated experience in procurement governance, risk management, and process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
