What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Product Analytics team, you'll play a key role in driving user and revenue growth by transforming data into actionable business insights.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyse user behaviour and product performance to identify growth opportunities
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards for business monitoring
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Growth teams to evaluate experiments and optimise user experience
• Build analytical models using SQL and Python
• Apply AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate analytical workflows
• Deliver insight-driven recommendations to improve product performance
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business strategy

We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Around 2-5 years' experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Fresh graduates with outstanding internships are also welcome
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness
• Fluent in English and native language in China
• Willing to relocate to Shanghai on a long-term basis
