Our Client

Our client is a leading fintech company dedicated to helping companies to increase their digital payment performance and capabilities. They are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Growth Marketing Leader to drive the execution of the Singapore marketing strategy and accelerate business growth. This person will oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Business stakeholders to drive demand generation, merchant acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Singapore marketing team across performance marketing, content, social media, creative design, and video production.
  • Translate regional marketing strategies into effective local execution plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Empower the team by removing execution barriers, prioritising initiatives, and making informed operational decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Partner closely with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.

Growth Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies to support customer acquisition, merchant growth, and revenue objectives across multiple business units.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, WhatsApp engagement, events, and direct marketing.
  • Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels to maximise marketing performance and return on investment.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to develop campaigns, workshops, events, and partner initiatives that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Continuously experiment with new growth strategies, marketing technologies, and campaign optimisation techniques to improve customer acquisition efficiency.

Content Strategy & Brand Marketing

  • Oversee Singapore's content and social media strategy, ensuring messaging is aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video production teams to produce compelling marketing assets that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain consistency across all marketing communications while strengthening brand visibility and thought leadership within the industry.

Performance Analytics & Marketing Optimisation

  • Define, monitor, and optimise key marketing performance indicators, including lead generation, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and merchant acquisition metrics.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and marketing optimisation.
  • Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supported by data-driven insights.
  • Identify process improvements, marketing automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including several years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience leading integrated growth marketing and demand generation programmes across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, including campaign planning, optimisation, analytics, and budget management across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing automation, email campaigns, customer engagement platforms, and event marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing marketing teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence teams across Sales, Product, and Business functions.
  • Experience within technology, digital solutions, fintech, payments, SaaS, or other high-growth B2B environments is highly preferred.
  • Commercially driven with a strong understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and business performance.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile organisation where ownership, adaptability, and execution excellence are essential.
