We are looking for a committed and hands-on HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support the full spectrum of HR operations and play an important role in ensuring smooth HR service delivery across the organisation.
This role is suitable for someone who is organised, people-oriented, responsible, and able to manage day-to-day HR matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will support the HR team in areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, work pass administration, attendance matters, benefits administration, HR documentation, and employee engagement activities.
The role will involve preparing HR letters, maintaining accurate employee information, supporting payroll-related inputs, coordinating training arrangements, assisting with staff welfare initiatives, and ensuring HR processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
The successful candidate will also work closely with employees, line managers, and internal stakeholders to provide timely HR support and assist in resolving routine HR queries.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience would be preferred, although candidates with a good learning attitude and strong administrative capability may also be considered.
The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with maturity. Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations, HR systems, payroll processes, or work pass matters will be an advantage.
Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork are important.
