Job description

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, ServiceNow or other enterprise technology platforms).
  • Experience in business analysis with proven stakeholder management skill.
  • Experience in managing application vendors, AMS providers and delivery partners.
  • Experience in delivering application enhancements upgrades and technology initiatives.
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support HR and Corporate Services applications portfolio, ensuring stable operations and timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact assessments and support activities.
  • Coordinate and manage application vendors, AMS providers and project partners to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of run and enhancement initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate testing, deployment and post-implementation activities across business and technology teams.
  • Support technology governance, risk, audit and cybersecurity activities, including remediation tracking and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate application onboarding, integrations and technology lifecycle activities.
  • Monitor and manage issues, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications across assigned initiatives.
