Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer/Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will focus on maintaining system health, supporting users, and contributing to ongoing platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative configuration.
• Administer the Salesforce environment: user management, security and access models, profiles and permission sets, data quality, and routine platform maintenance.
• Partner with business stakeholders and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and surrounding systems (e.g., middleware, Power Automate, and downstream applications).
• Contribute to the DevOps lifecycle such as source control (GitHub), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), release management, and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing mostly BAU support and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and uphold platform standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with and mentor peers across the platform team.

Key Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator (typically 3+ years).
• Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow development skills.
• Solid administration expertise: security model, sharing rules, data management, and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based data exchange.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling (Git-based source control, CI/CD, deployment automation).
• Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment and quickly understand established processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
