E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We seek a motivated, self-driven individual to manage Shopify backend operations, support Ecommerce activities, and enhance online sales performance through data management, customer service, and process automation in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Operate Shopify backend to fulfill orders, conduct stocktaking, and control inventory accurately to maintain seamless order flow
• Support Ecommerce team by coordinating daily operations and managing online promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
• Organize and maintain consistent, high-quality product information in the centralized system across all online sales channels to ensure data accuracy
• Prepare detailed performance reports analyzing online sales campaigns and activities to guide strategic decisions
• Respond promptly to customer queries, resolve order processing issues, returns, and complaints to ensure excellent customer service
• Develop and implement automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Higher educational certifications (e.g., Diploma/Degree), with pay scaled according to job scope and qualifications
• Ability to converse in Mandarin
