Senior Staff Engineer, IT Security

Job Summary

Our client is recruiting a Senior Staff Engineer, IT Security in Singapore to lead global projects by evaluating, designing, implementing, managing, and supporting security-focused tools and services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design global IT security tools and services to enhance organizational security posture.
• Implement and manage security solutions to protect information assets across global operations.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Sentinel Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
• Configure Azure Power Apps and workflows to automate SIEM and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver security solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in high-impact global projects to drive security innovation and compliance.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security.
• Bachelor of Science degree in any discipline.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel SIEM administration and maintenance.
• Skills in Azure Power Apps and workflow configuration for SIEM automation and SOAR.
