Architectural Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural drawings and project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure architectural works comply with project specifications, regulations, and design intent.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
- Attend site meetings and monitor project progress.
- Resolve design and coordination issues with the project team.
- Support the Project Manager and architects in project planning and execution.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture.
- Relevant experience in architectural coordination and project execution is an advantage.
- Experience in Good Class Bungalow (GCB) projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, architectural detailing, and local building regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
