Architectural Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate architectural drawings and project documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure architectural works comply with project specifications, regulations, and design intent.
  • Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
  • Attend site meetings and monitor project progress.
  • Resolve design and coordination issues with the project team.
  • Support the Project Manager and architects in project planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture.
  • Relevant experience in architectural coordination and project execution is an advantage.
  • Experience in Good Class Bungalow (GCB) projects is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, architectural detailing, and local building regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
