Job Summary
As Head of Business Planning for the SAPMENA zone, you will lead the transformation of business planning capabilities, driving agility, data-driven decision-making, and future readiness across markets and divisions.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop a new business planning framework with the Head of Commerce BEST SAPMENA to centralize key capabilities into a new BEST center
- Lead the implementation and adoption of new business planning processes across markets, ensuring consistency, local relevance, and continuous improvement
- Design and deliver targeted training and coaching to Business Planners, Key Account Managers, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to elevate planning expertise
- Oversee deployment of the global Business Planning Management (BPM) tool and region-specific digital solutions to advance the planning ecosystem
- Manage strategic stakeholder relationships between Global Business Planning, Zone functions (IT, Supply Chain, Finance), and local markets to integrate planning with financial and S&OP processes
- Drive business transformation by influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a complex, multi-market matrix organization
- Apply strategic vision to build a future-fit business planning ecosystem aligned with commercial and financial goals
- Manage multiple complex projects including process redesign and software deployment to deliver measurable business value
- Utilize commercial and financial acumen to ensure planning activities support P&L management and tangible business outcomes
