Senior Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Human Resource Executive to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, HR policies and compliance matters while supporting business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional in communication and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.

Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.

Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.

2. Employee Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR matters.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues and workplace conflicts professionally.

Conduct investigations where required and recommend appropriate actions.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

3. Performance Management

Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals and confirmation processes.

Monitor employee performance issues and ensure proper documentation.

Work closely with management to develop performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Follow up on action plans and ensure accountability.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration

Manage monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.

Administer employee benefits, leave records claims, and insurance matters.

Ensure compliance with CPF, MOM regulations and statutory requirements.

Liaise with payroll vendors and government agencies where necessary.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

6. Training & Development

Coordinate employee training and development programmes.

Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.

Maintain training records and evaluate programme effectiveness.

7. HR Operations & Administration

Manage HR systems and employee databases.

Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics and management updates.

Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions and exits.

Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends.

8. Strategic HR Support

Provide HR advice and recommendations to management.

Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Identify areas for process improvement and drive HR best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

* Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

* Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role.

* Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations CPF requirements and HR best practices.
