Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resources
- Oversee the recruitment process, including hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Manage work pass applications and administration for foreign employees.
- Propose and implement training and development programs for both executives and foreign workers.
- Administer and track employee attendance, leave applications, and medical claims.
- Manage workers' dormitories according to operational requirements and coordinate with relevant authorities for periodic inspections.
- Handle the out-processing of employees who have resigned.
B. Administrative Support
- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s fleet of vehicles.
- Handle BCA yearly licensing renewals and ensure proper documentation of project track records and Certificates of Completion
- Manage incident reporting relating to site accidents and injuries or workers' fights and disputes
