Key Responsibilities

A. Human Resources

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including hiring and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage work pass applications and administration for foreign employees.
  • Propose and implement training and development programs for both executives and foreign workers.
  • Administer and track employee attendance, leave applications, and medical claims.
  • Manage workers' dormitories according to operational requirements and coordinate with relevant authorities for periodic inspections.
  • Handle the out-processing of employees who have resigned.

B. Administrative Support

  • Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s fleet of vehicles.
  • Handle BCA yearly licensing renewals and ensure proper documentation of project track records and Certificates of Completion
  • Manage incident reporting relating to site accidents and injuries or workers' fights and disputes
