Job Summary

Lead daily operations at Bites&Brews to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage the service team, and uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Lead, train, and schedule the service team to optimize performance and teamwork
• Deliver attentive and honest guest service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Prepare and analyze basic operational reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance throughout the restaurant
• Perform effectively under peak-hour pressure to sustain operational excellence
• Collaborate as a team player to support company and restaurant goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years managing Western-style restaurants
• Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate staff and engage guests
• Availability: Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Language: Fluent English required; proficiency in Chinese is preferred to support diverse guest interactions
