IT Consultant

Join a dynamic team as an IT Specialist, responsible for enhancing and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency. This role demands a proactive leader with a robust technical background and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, reliability, availability, and data integrity through regular backup procedures and disaster recovery planning.

• Administer user accounts, access rights, and security permissions in accordance with established IT governance and cybersecurity policies.

• Support and manage core business applications, including productivity and collaboration platforms

• Provide advanced technical support for end-user hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades while maintaining accurate IT asset inventories and lifecycle records.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify operational needs, and translate them into technical solutions and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience

• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and business application support.

• Proven track record in system implementation, software development lifecycle methodologies, and IT project management.
