Job Responsibilities
- Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, and backup systems
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, VPN, and wireless networks
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement cybersecurity best practices
- Support cloud services, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure projects
- Participate in standby support on a rotating roster
Requirements
- Min. Diploma / Degree of the field
- Min. 5 years of systems, network, and infrastructure support experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, and backup solutions
- Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Entra, VMware/Nutanix, or cybersecurity tools is an advantage
