Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within assigned global accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, deal management, and closing high-value opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand business needs and position relevant IT solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand wallet share through cross-selling and upselling
  • Lead solution-based sales engagements across Lenovo’s portfolio, including devices, infrastructure, and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to deliver integrated customer solutions
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account plans, ensuring pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy
  • Manage operational activities including pricing, contract negotiations, order execution, and CRM updates

Skills & Experience

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • 10+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of managing large/global accounts and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong experience engaging C-level stakeholders and driving complex deal cycles
  • Solid understanding of PC, infrastructure, and data center solutions
  • Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English

Good-to-have

  • Existing network with enterprise customers, partners, and distributors in Singapore
  • Experience in solution selling and total cost of ownership (TCO) positioning
  • Exposure to multinational/global account environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
