Join a dynamic sales team as a Sales Coordinator, generating leads, managing client interactions, and supporting sales processes to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, networking, referrals, and social selling to expand the client base
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions to meet their business requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, online demonstrations, and meetings with prospective clients to facilitate sales discussions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities within the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless handover of leads and client information
  • Achieve monthly KPIs related to lead generation, appointment setting, and sales targets to contribute to team success
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital business solutions to inform sales strategies and client recommendations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience of 1 to 2 years in sales, business development, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation
  • Familiarity with Accounting, Payroll, and POS software solutions is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated sales orientation with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
