Human Resource Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
- Process and maintain employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, and other employment-related applications and renewals.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, medical records, and payroll information.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and all applicable Singapore employment laws.
- Coordinate training, medical examinations, mandatory certifications, and statutory requirements for employees.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and service providers on HR-related matters.
- Assist in payroll preparation, statutory submissions, and administration of employee benefits.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Prepare HR reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of work experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring all HR practices comply with Singapore laws and company policies.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required by operational and business needs.
