HR Senior Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding

Reports To: Project Manager

Employment: Full-time employee of VionData Partners – deployed on-site at Client

Contract Assignment: Up to 4 years (2-year firm + 2-year option).

Role Overview

The HR Senior Executive manages end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, internship administration, job change processes, and record management for Client.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Administration:

  • Advertise jobs on Careers@Gov, MyCareersFuture, and other portals

  • Facilitate screening and shortlisting of candidates

  • Schedule interviews (physical and online) and job preview sessions

  • Prepare interview documents and facilitate interview sessions

  • Check eligibility and conduct reference checks

  • Apply work passes and arrange medical checkups

Onboarding:

  • Prepare and issue offer letters, contract terms, and undertaking forms

  • Support appointment formalities for new hires including foreigners

  • Liaise with departments and new hires on reporting details

  • Update Workday records (create accounts, enrol benefits)

  • Prepare personnel files and filing of new hire documents

  • Conduct onboarding for new hires on first day

  • Handle queries from candidates, new hires, and departments

Internship Administration:

  • Consolidate internship requests and advertise vacancies

  • Facilitate resume screening and shortlisting of interns

  • Monitor confirmation and anniversary appraisal forms

  • Manage job change processes

  • Update staff records in Workday

Annual Workload:

  • Recruitment cases: ~260 per year

  • Internship cases: ~160 per year

  • Job change processes: ~228 per year

  • Record management: ~120 per year

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year of relevant HR experience

  • Singapore public sector experience is strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with Workday is mandatory

  • Experience with other HR systems (e.g., Times HR, SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Workday HR system

  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Knowledge of government HR policies and Instructional Manuals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Meticulous with attention to detail

  • Ability to handle high-volume workload

Other Requirements:

  • Available for on-site work at Client premises

  • Flexible for overtime during peak recruitment periods.

Compensation Package - Monthly Basic Salary

Amount (SGD) $5000 – $8000
