Company Overview
Trigger Agency is a fast-growing integrated marketing agency specializing in retail marketing, shopper activation, celebrity marketing, experiential campaigns, and brand growth. They are launching an Above The Line (ATL) division to expand their services.
Job Summary
The ATL Division Director will establish and lead Trigger’s ATL business unit, acquire new clients, manage campaigns across multiple media channels, and build strategic partnerships to drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Trigger’s ATL business and achieve revenue and profit targets
- Identify, source, and secure new clients and projects to expand the ATL division’s portfolio
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with marketing managers, brand directors, and key decision-makers
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations tailored to client needs
- Lead and manage ATL campaigns across television, radio, print, out-of-home (OOH), cinema, digital brand campaigns, media planning and buying, celebrity and influencer marketing, brand strategy, and creative campaign development
- Manage client relationships from initial briefing through campaign completion, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate effectively with media owners, production houses, creative partners, and suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Collaborate with Trigger’s existing teams to integrate ATL campaigns with retail activations, roadshows, sampling, live commerce, content production, celebrity collaborations, and design and production services
- Operate with entrepreneurial autonomy to build and lead the ATL division under the Trigger Agency brand
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in an advertising or media agency
- Strong professional network within FMCG, retail, or consumer brands
- Proven track record in business development and managing ATL campaigns
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to build and lead a business unit
Other Information
Compensation Structure
- Profit sharing: 50% of the net profit from projects secured and managed by the ATL Division Director

Business Ownership
- All client contracts, invoices, and payments will be issued under Trigger Agency
