Creative Manager / Creative Director

The Creative Manager / Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative direction and brand storytelling across all corporate communication channels. This role oversees the planning, production, and delivery of engaging visual content that strengthens the company's brand presence and effectively communicates its vision, culture, and business initiatives.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end content creation, including conceptualising campaigns, planning content calendars, directing photo and video shoots, editing multimedia content, and publishing content across social media platforms. This role works closely with senior management and various internal stakeholders to ensure all creative assets are aligned with the company's branding and communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and execute the overall creative strategy to strengthen the company's corporate brand and image.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for corporate communications and social media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital content.
- Generate creative concepts and storytelling ideas that showcase the company's business, people, culture, and achievements.
Content Creation & Production
- Plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots for corporate events, interviews, office activities, employee highlights, and business updates.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional cameras or mobile devices.
- Direct on-site shoots, including lighting, framing, and scene composition.
- Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for various platforms.
- Edit videos by adding captions, transitions, music, graphics, and animations where appropriate.
- Edit and enhance photographs for corporate use.
Social Media Management
- Prepare and publish creative content across the company's social media platforms.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, video formats, and social media best practices.
Creative Project Management
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments and management to gather content requirements.
- Manage creative assets, ensuring proper organisation and version control.
- Source suitable locations, props, and equipment when required for productions.
Continuous Improvement
- Keep up to date with creative trends, photography techniques, videography styles, and content creation tools.
- Recommend new creative ideas and production techniques to improve the company's brand presence.
- Continuously improve creative workflows and production efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Creative Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creative content production, videography, photography, or multimedia design.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end content creation projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, video editing, and creative work.
- Experience managing corporate or brand social media content is an advantage.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and simple graphic creation.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Lightroom is an advantage.
Social Media
- Experience publishing content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media content formats and audience engagement.
- Ability to adapt content for different platforms.

- Ensure high-quality creative output with minimal revisions due to quality issues.

- Complete creative projects within the agreed timeline.

7. Social Media Publishing (10%)
- Publish scheduled social media posts according to the approved content calendar.

- Ensure all creative materials comply with corporate branding guidelines.

9. Stakeholder Satisfaction (5%)
- Maintain positive feedback from management and internal departments.
- Target: Average satisfaction rating of 4.5/5 or higher.
10. Innovation & Continuous Improvement (5%)
- Introduce new creative ideas, video formats, or production improvements.
