Position: Human Resource Officer

Work Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
  • Process and maintain employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Handle Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, and other employment-related applications and renewals.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, medical records, and payroll information.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and all applicable Singapore employment laws.
  • Coordinate training, medical examinations, mandatory certifications, and statutory requirements for employees.
  • Liaise with government agencies, clients, and service providers on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, statutory submissions, and administration of employee benefits.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Prepare HR reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of work experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring all HR practices comply with Singapore laws and company policies.
