Beautician Store Manager

• Branch Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.管理分店的日常运作，确保服务顺畅高效。
• Team Leadership & Training: Manage, train, and motivate a team of beauticians and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.管理、培训及激励美容师及辅助人员，提供卓越客户服务。
• Beauty Treatments: Provide a range of beauty services (e.g., facials, skin treatments, and other beautician services) to ensure high-quality customer experiences.提供面部护理、皮肤护理及其他美容服务，确保高品质客户体验。
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the key point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.成为客户咨询的主要联络人，解决问题并确保客户满意度。

Requirements
