Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales plans.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and training.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Work closely with the marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while maintaining profitability.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and customer visits when required.
