Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Lead, train, and motivate production personnel to maintain high productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to meet production schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily or weekly production reports.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and workplace safety practices.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or manufacturing systems is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
