Job Summary

Lead and optimize specialist outpatient clinic operations to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care. Drive compliance, team development, financial management, and strategic initiatives to enhance clinic performance and support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Operations & Clinic Management

  • Lead daily operations of specialist outpatient clinics to ensure efficient service delivery and patient satisfaction
  • Improve workflows and patient journey to enhance clinic performance and operational excellence
  • Manage manpower planning and resource allocation to maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with doctors, clinical teams, and management to resolve operational challenges and uphold service standards
  • Develop, review, and implement operational policies and best practices across clinics

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure clinic operations comply with healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards in Singapore
  • Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews through thorough documentation and policy updates
  • Coordinate quality initiatives to promote continuous improvement and patient safety

Strategic Planning & Business Improvement

  • Support development and execution of operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and business growth
  • Participate in new service development and workflow optimization projects
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Team Leadership & Staff Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinic operations executives and support staff to build a high-performance team
  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented work culture that encourages accountability and continuous learning
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support employee growth

Financial & Resource Management

  • Support departmental financial goals through effective budget and resource management
  • Monitor operational expenditures and identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality
  • Collaborate with finance and management teams to review operational and financial performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations experience, including at least 3 years in managerial or leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations, licensing, and quality standards
  • Proven experience managing clinic operations, multidisciplinary teams, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Good financial and business management skills to oversee budgets and operational performance
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Positive leadership style with strong people management capabilities
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
