Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications and solving real technical challenges.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Must have 8+years of experience in software development;
• Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET or Java;
• Experience with React/Next.js frontend (full-stack is a plus);
• Production support experience preferred;
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset;
• Good understanding of testing, debugging, and code quality.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions;
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure system reliability;
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices;
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Support deployment activities and help optimize development and operational workflows;
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
