BIM Modeller (M&E)

An established engineering company is looking for a BIM Modeller (M&E) to support the preparation and coordination of BIM models and technical drawings for industrial and commercial building projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain BIM models and M&E shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Produce coordinated drawings based on design information, site updates, and as-built records.
• Revise drawings to reflect design changes and construction progress.
• Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Maintain accurate BIM documentation and project records.
• Provide drafting and modelling support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience preparing BIM models and M&E shop drawings is preferred.
• Good understanding of M&E systems and BIM coordination processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
