WEmbrace Pilates is a Reformer Pilates studio inside The Sports Arina, Singapore's largestprivately operated multi-sports venue in the North-East. We are a small, hands-on team - this role is real ownership over how new audiences discover us, not a support seat.

Job Summary

This performance-based affiliate role involves growing WEmbrace Pilates’ presence on emerging social media platforms to generate leads that convert into trials and sign-ups, working autonomously with the Studio Director under a revenue-sharing model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand WEmbrace Pilates’ presence on platforms beyond Instagram and Facebook, such as Xiaohongshu, Lemon8, TikTok, and other channels that drive qualified leads and conversions
• Plan, create, and manage a consistent content calendar tailored to each platform to engage target audiences and stimulate interest
• Generate and convert leads into trial class sign-ups by optimizing content and platform strategies
• Collaborate directly with the Studio Director to align channel growth strategies with business goals
• Monitor platform performance metrics to refine content and engagement tactics for sustained growth
