Production Operator / Machine Operator

CAREER INTERNATIONAL - FOS PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities

Operate machines and complete production tasks efficiently according to schedule.
Ensure timely, high‑quality output by following established work procedures, process standards, and safety regulations.
Optimize use of tools and equipment to maintain productivity.
Perform self‑inspection and peer inspection to uphold product quality.
Identify and report quality issues promptly, working closely with team members to resolve them.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for smoother production processes.
Implement 5S / 6S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.

Requirements

Prior experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge control) and shop floor practices such as 5S/6S.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
