- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Support lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.

- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.

- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project coordination.

- Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Strong interest in sales and business development.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident in speaking with clients over the phone and via email.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
