Senior/ Building Manager (Commercial Grade A Office Building)

Our client is a leading Real Estate company. They are looking for a Building Manager to assist their Building team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible.

Duties

• Lead Building Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium commercial building, ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, security, functionality, and tenant experience.
• Manage Teams & Service Partners: Lead the Building Management team and oversee outsourced service providers (security, cleaning, concierge, landscaping, pest control, etc.) to ensure service excellence and compliance with SLAs.
• Drive Maintenance & Projects: Plan and manage preventive maintenance programmes, asset lifecycle management, CAPEX works, repairs, upgrading projects, and contractor tenders to ensure operational reliability.
• Financial & Vendor Management: Manage the building's operating and CAPEX budgets, monitor costs, evaluate contractor performance, and implement cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Champion Sustainability & Compliance: Lead Green Mark and ESG initiatives, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety, workplace safety, and maintain all required licences and certifications.
• Enhance Tenant & Stakeholder Experience: Foster strong relationships with tenants, government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders by resolving operational issues promptly and driving continuous improvements in building performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Building Management, or equivalent
• With at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Experienced in managing business commercial building
