Purposeof the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Accounting & Administrative Executive to support the organisation’s financial, administrative and HR operations. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial records, smooth administrative processes, and compliance with governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle basic accounting duties, including invoicing, payments, expense tracking, and data entry into accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks).
- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and reports in compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and audits where required.
- Provide end-to-end HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment regulations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support finance and administrative processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organisational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles. Experience in the non-profit or social service sector is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, HR practices and proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) & Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks within limited hours, and handle confidential information with discretion.
