Supervisor (French Restaurant)

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager / Outlet Manager in the daily leadership and operational execution of assigned Food & Beverage outlets. This role ensures the consistent delivery of Forbes 5-Star service standards, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across all meal periods.
The Supervisor acts as a visible floor leader, overseeing service execution, coaching team members, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring all service, quality, and brand standards are upheld. The position plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through attention to detail, anticipatory service, and professional leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Food &Beverage service operations
- Previous experience in a luxury or 5-Star hotel environment preferred
