Project Site Manager
ARCHITOLOGY INTERIORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Site Manager who can bridge the gap between design and construction. The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering high-quality architectural and interior fit-out projects, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving on-site issues efficiently, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the design vision.
Job Scope
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Manage commercial and residential projects to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues with consultants and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular site progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and rectify defects.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and material deliveries.
- Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation, site records, and handover procedures upon project completion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Site management experience in commercial or residential projects is preferred.
- Experience handling projects from design development through construction and final handover.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior fit-out works, and construction methodology.
- Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling software is an advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
