Junior Sales Coordinator

· Generating of purchase orders, invoices and delivery orders

· Coordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarders for timely delivery

· Update of stock card and general filing

· Ensure proper record and documentation

· Other ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements :-

· At least 1-2 years’ experience in the same field, preferably in the Marine industry

· Minimum 'O' level/ITE or equivalent qualification

· Knowledge of shipping and freight will be an advantage

· Proficient in MS Office

· Able to start work immediately or at short notice

· Working location at Joo Koon Area
