Administrator - Accounting (1-year Contract)

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Working Hours: 9 am to 5.45 pm
  • Location: Elementum (Buona Vista)
  • Salary: $3,200 - $3,600 (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • To conduct inventory stock take
  • Assist Quarterly GST return preparation
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Supplier and customer master file maintenance
  • Daily system operation in general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable maintenance
  • Preparation of telegraphic transfer remittance – GCMS banking system
  • Invoicing & LC Checking
  • Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
  • Assist in Cash flow maintenance and projection report
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Monetary accounts reconciliation
  • Data preparation for survey from government agency
  • Adhoc supports for all accounting and finance duties

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • Min 1 year of experience in Account field
