Salary: $2,500 - $2,800
Working Hour: Mon - Fri | 8am to 5.45pm
Working Location: Woodlands
Job Responsibilities：
- Responsible for purchasing function.
- Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy.
- Prepare, issuance and monitoring requisitions ＆ purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time.
- Follow up purchases to ensure timely delivery, collect and check delivery performance of automotive vendors.
- Maintain and update approved vendor list.
- Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior
- Prepare material plan.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement.
- Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem / issues encountered related to delivery.
- Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning Forecast and Delivery plan as per Customer required quantity an schedule.
- Monitor material inventory and ensure safe stock of materials as per provided customer forecast and production schedule.
- Diploma / ITC level
- Possessed with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.
