Project Admin Assistant

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide adminstrative support and secretarial services to managers and executive of the team.
- Assist with submission of job order, shipping document, raise PR, etc. through ERP.
- Keep track and prepare for client visits.
- Assist project director in updating project (forecast) listing.
- Assist and remind team in updating weekly reports (sales, progress, claims, etc).
- Assist managers and executive in preparing presentation material for client visits.
- Assist user and non-user (using admin acct) with borrowing sample from sample room.
- Update organisation chart according to staffing.
- Coordinate and attend department meeting to discuss about issues, improvements, progress and record meeting minutes.
- Attend necessary trainings.
