Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide adminstrative support and secretarial services to managers and executive of the team.
  • Assist with submission of job order, shipping document, raise PR, etc. through ERP.
  • Keep track and prepare for client visits.
  • Assist project director in updating project (forecast) listing.
  • Assist and remind team in updating weekly reports (sales, progress, claims, etc).
  • Assist managers and executive in preparing presentation material for client visits.
  • Assist user and non-user (using admin acct) with borrowing sample from sample room.
  • Update organisation chart according to staffing.
  • Coordinate and attend department meeting to discuss about issues, improvements, progress and record meeting minutes.
  • Attend necessary trainings.
