Social Media and Content Intern

support the company’s digital marketing, social media, content creation and e-commerce activities across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Shopify. The role involves planning and producing digital content, supporting online campaigns, monitoring performance data and helping to improve the company’s brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
• Create monthly or weekly content calendars
• Write captions, scripts and campaign messages
• Film and edit short-form videos
• Create simple graphics, product visuals and social media posts
• Produce behind-the-scenes, educational and promotional content
• Perform other digital marketing and e-commerce duties assigned by the supervisor

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, branding and e-commerce
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to write clear and engaging captions, scripts and marketing copy
• Basic video filming and editing skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms is an advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have to be comfortable in front of a camera
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior internship experience is not required
• A portfolio of social media, video, design or content work is an advantage
